What is a Notice
A Notice is a document in which "We the People" provide facts and truth to our elected representatives using "due process" instructing them to stop violating our Constitutional rights.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
The Constitution contains two due process clauses: a clause in the Fifth Amendment that applies to the federal government and a clause in the Fourteenth Amendment that applies to the states. The traditional definition of "due process" is that the government cannot take away life, liberty, or property from any person without a legal proceeding. However, modern understandings of due process extend further.
The Due Process Clause in the Fourteenth Amendment incorporates nearly all of the rights provided by the Bill of Rights, which consists of the first 10 amendments to the Constitution. These rights initially protected individuals only against federal government actions, while state governments were constrained by state constitutions. Although the Supreme Court determined that the Due Process Clause does not automatically incorporate every right in the Bill of Rights, most of these rights have been gradually incorporated over time. In other words, state and local governments must not infringe on them.
